Although APOD Technologies Estonia can be bankrupted company now, as their account contract with Lithuanian bank Paysera is terminated by bank request on 22.5.2019 (please see lawsuit documents) and has difficulty to open bank account outside of Slovenia and even in Slovenia, as this is a foreign company in Slovenia itself.
The APOD$ token - its market capitalisation - the value of 38mio tokens at the closing price of 0.00000003 (16.8.2019) is worth less than 1.14 BTC (bitcoin) and that is about 11.457 USD. Whole market capitalisation of APOD Technologies token!
The company itself not receiving any EU Commission funding. But is receiving a help from EU locally financed projects such as Ministry of Republic of Slovenia (PODIM, conference activities, public support from newspapers also receiving a help from EU) and from Tehnološki Park Ljubljana d.o.o., that is also having a direct support of the European Union and many others. The APOD wants to enter on Canada stock market with IPO and fraud many others, again.
The company does not have any revenues.
Although lawyers - Mr.Samo Logar, is fighting a court fight to stop defrauded clients and suppliers to speak in public about the fraud. That is, as they know, they will be paid from the owners. Beneficial owners, that are not listed in the registry, although they should be; in offshore company. Those owners will pay the invoices of their work.
That is why is so important to stop the owners Mr.Sandi Češko and Studio Moderna from that activity to finance APOD services. Studio Moderna and Mr.Sandi Češko are also directly involved in the lawsuit againt myself. That is obvious form mails of Mr.Sandi Češko to myself, Mrs. Tina Osojnik (lawyer of APOD Technologies, and reference of Studio Moderna, at its home page - all is presented in lawsuit document below). They are very closely connected, what is obvious also from statements of their lawyers described on one whole page in lawsuit and in letter of Estimated dr. Mark Mobius in his letter to me (please see the lawsuit).
Additionally you can also see from the letter of the defrauded supplier Mr.Oliver Muldoon letter, how the directors moved from one project to the other. Mr.Mrgole and Mr.Petković have both worked in APOD and Svet Plemenitih Kovin d.o.o. And they both have legal support of Mr.Samo Logar who was paid by mother, Studio Moderna or affiliated company from the group.
The case is notified at 4 countries police departments. It is also considered at Prosecutor general office, as organised crime - (please see the lawsuit documents and facts below)
And OLAF of EU, does not see the breach of personal or budget wrongdoings.

Please stop that criminal activity and stop financing all Studio Moderna companies! Until they do not settle the money they have taken to all of us - against the laws!
I would also be grateful if you could send a letter by registered post or an email to the directors of APOD Technologies Mr. Grega Mrgole, Ms. Tina Osojnik and Mr. Jovica Petković and Mr.Sandi Češko, a very important investor in the company, demanding that they settle their obligations to me and to us all.
